Made to Order

Due to the personal nature of our hats and the fact that they are a “custom made item”. There is a strict no-returns and no-exchangeable policy so please be sure of your purchase in line with the regulations on  consumer protection. 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to modify your design as needed (additional cost may be incurred). 

Deposits paid on Bespoke & Couture items are non-refundable as they are used to purchase some of the materials.
